- Choosing the right story (not every detail)
- Connecting insight to business implication

RECOMMENDATIONS THAT LAND
Teams often have the insight—but hesitate to recommend.
This session helps participants move from analysis to action with clear decision framing.​

- How to frame options and tradeoffs
- Recommendation language that sounds confident (not tentative)
- How to make a call even with uncertainty
SESSION 4:
INFLUENCE & PUSHBACK
This session focuses on what happens when your work hits the real world: competing priorities, resistance, and stakeholders who don’t share your context.Â
Participants learn how to influence across departments and collaborate with partners (including vendors) to drive alignment and action.​
